Sweet story。 Nice sweet story about fear and cuddles。 Not sure why I need to post 20 words to review a good book。

RamblingIt’s a bit rambling and I didn’t feel like it had a through line in the story。 Just kinda jumbled。

So cute to read! 😀I've taken up reading kid's books lately。 I'm old, but I get a real kick out of reading and enjoying them。 I grew up on a farm, so having a dragon for a pet would be awesome! I grew up with horses and Black Angus cattle, as well as chickens, ducks, and geese。 Having a dragon like Rosie would have been perfect。 So cute to read! 😀I've taken up reading kid's books lately。 I'm old, but I get a real kick out of reading and enjoying them。 I grew up on a farm, so having a dragon for a pet would be awesome! Charlie and Rosie, Charlie’s pet dragon, are best friends and superheroes。 However, Rosie does not like bedtime!Enchanting, vivid pictures illustrate all the mischief Rosie gets into to avoid bedtime。 Poor Charlie has his hands full! The antics are laugh-out-loud funny, but also, in some cases, a little scary。 (I don’t want to give any spoilers。)Rosie’s creative and sometimes unintentional consequences while trying to avoid bedtime may cause some parents to feel the story sets a bad example。 Yet Charlie and Rosie, Charlie’s pet dragon, are best friends and superheroes。 However, Rosie does not like bedtime!Enchanting, vivid pictures illustrate all the mischief Rosie gets into to avoid bedtime。 Poor Charlie has his hands full! The antics are laugh-out-loud funny, but also, in some cases, a little scary。 (I don’t want to give any spoilers。)Rosie’s creative and sometimes unintentional consequences while trying to avoid bedtime may cause some parents to feel the story sets a bad example。 Yet the story is not written to teach as much as to entertain。 Little children may recognize themselves and Rosie’s antics in the story。 Even though some of the shenanigans could hardly be duplicated, Rosie the Dragon and Charlie Say Goodnight does offer an opportunity to teach the importance of bedtime。Overall, the story is cute and enjoyable。 The illustrations are bright and are true to the adventures。Rosie the Dragon and Charlie Say Goodnight is a picture book。 The story should be easy for a beginning reader with a little help from a parent or sibling。 It’s a cute story to read to children from Pre-K up。 。。。more

I got this to read to my grandkids, and every reader is different, as well as every grandkid。 This book requires the reading of some sounds, such as "Ding" and R-r-rumble" and if you can do them, the kid will certainly like it better! The illustrations are cute, and the scenario is the owner of the dragon is having trouble getting the dragon to bed, just as moms and dads have trouble getting their kids to bed。Cute book with a not too heavy handed lesson。 I got this to read to my grandkids, and every reader is different, as well as every grandkid。 This book requires the reading of some sounds, such as "Ding" and R-r-rumble" and if you can do them, the kid will certainly like it better! CuteA cute story about going to bed。 Perfect for a bedtime story。 Rosie always makes things unconventional and possibly more difficult than necessary。

I love Rosie! What a sweet little dragon, and Charlie is so sweet and patient with her too。 He takes such good care of her。 A warm-fuzzy kind of book。

Awesome Bedtime StoryThis is an excellent book to read with with or to small kids。 It’s fun and the art is sweet as well as joyfully colorful。 The story reflects all the little things your little ones might get into - playing too much in the tub, being afraid of storms - through the character of Rosie the Dragon and then handles them with kindness and compassion through the character of Charlie who is also a young kid! SnoozeMy granddaughter liked the story but it seemed to be a bit too much, and long for a bedtime story。 It was a great list of things to do before bedtime but when characters were getting ready for bed。 It was drawn out。 Characters are not fun nor the book relaxing。

Cute storyThis was a cute story but a little too involved for my kids (3yo and 5yo)。 I wanted to try this book as a story for their bedtime but I found the story a little too active and all over the place to accomplish that goal。

So cute My son loved the colorful illustrations and the surprises with Rosie; he said he acts like Rosie。 He also like how the main character looks like him。

This is a very cute book。 I really liked the pictures。 The author turns the little boy into the "parent" when he tries to put his dragon to bed。 This is a very cute book。 I really liked the pictures。 The author turns the little boy into the "parent" when he tries to put his dragon to bed。 。。。more

Charlie has got a big challenge ahead: putting his friend, Rosie the dragon, to bed。 Charlie is prepared for all of Rosie's nightly antics: needing a drink, hiding her stuffie, and spilling all the water out of the bathtub (he even has the fire extinguisher prepped and ready)。 Will Rosie ever get to sleep? FunThis is a fun book but a little different because it’s a conversation back and forth。 A cute good night routine。

A cute going to bed book, but I'm just not a fan of the writing style。 I don't like the text all over the page is vaguely comic book style。 Also, the ending was kind of abrupt。 A cute going to bed book, but I'm just not a fan of the writing style。 I don't like the text all over the page is vaguely comic book style。 Also, the ending was kind of abrupt。 。。。more

This is the second story about Rosie the Dragon and Charlie that I've read。 This is a cute story about Charlie & Rosie's bedtime routine。 Rosie's request for "two more minutes" reminds me of my 4 year-old g'little who always asks for "2 more," "5 more," or "1 more" minute! LOL! I especially enjoy the bright colors in the illustrations。 Your littles will enjoy this good night tale! A perfectly paced bedtime book for any young reader--especially dragon lovers! Charlie has a lot of work cut out for him getting Rosi to bed, but it's always fun and friendly。 Kerstein's engaging text and Wragg's excellent illustrations continue the adventures for these fantastic friends。 A great addition to your young reader's growing library。 A perfectly paced bedtime book for any young reader--especially dragon lovers! I love these characters! Charlie is trying to help his friend, Rosie the Dragon, go to sleep, and a bunch of funny and silly adventures take place。 Rosie's pet stuffed animal Vern is hysterical, and the bath scene is laugh aloud funny。 Kids will adore this book at bedtime or anytime。 I love these characters!
